FTI offers many varieties of Assembly Automation Technology.  From small, precision, automatic assembly machines, to very large machines, FTI can develop a system to fit your application.  Our comprehensive design team will design the automation that best suits your assembly needs.  FTI offers many degrees of automation, from manual, to semi-automatic, to high automation applications.  FTI has also developed machine tool systems with varying degrees of automation, and those which utilize different assembly techniques; such as fastening, metal forming, capping and riveting just to name a few. 

FTI has demonstrated the ability to incorporate many different forms of automation and material handling.  Robotics, PLC controlled machines, and automatic part feeders are just the beginning.

FTI offers off-the-shelf technology, which provides many benefits to our customers.  First, our customers will get the most state-of-the-art equipment at the time the machine is manufactured.  With this, FTI provides the flexibility to use any equipment that is specified by our customer.  Next, this provides our customers with the ability to purchase spare or replacement parts from local suppliers, rather than through FTI.  This saves our customers time and money. 

FTI is versed in many different machine controls formats, and will adapt machine concept to suit our customer's specifications.  FTI regularly incorporates data highway interface into machine tool concepts, to provide instantaneous process feedback.  Statistical Process Control mechanisms can  also be implemented to provide essential quality feedback for process improvement.
